Art Therapy At The Therapeutic Workshop
Art therapy offers a creative way to explore emotions, experiences, relationships, and identity when words are not enough. At The Therapeutic Workshop, art therapy is available for adults and children in both individual and group settings.
No art experience is needed. The focus is not on making something perfect, but on using creativity as a pathway toward expression, understanding, connection, and growth.
Individual Art Therapy
Individual art therapy gives adults and children a space to explore what they are feeling, carrying, or trying to understand through both creativity and conversation. Sessions may include drawing, painting, clay, collage, storytelling, or other creative approaches depending on the client’s needs and comfort level.
This can be especially helpful for people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to put their experience into words.

Group Art Therapy
Group art therapy brings creativity and connection together. In a group setting, participants use art-making, reflection, and shared processing to better understand themselves and feel less alone in what they are working through.
Groups may focus on emotional expression, anxiety, identity, self-compassion, relationships, grief, life transitions, or other areas of growth.
