As a Registered Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor in Training, I believe healing begins by creating space for the "messy" parts of the human experience. Because words often fall short when processing complex emotions, I view creativity and play as foundational neural exercises—essential for building a flexible, resilient nervous system.

Utilizing the Expressive Therapies Continuum, I provide a safe, non-directive environment for clients of all ages to explore their inner worlds. While I specialize in supporting children and adolescents navigating ADHD, trauma, and self-confidence challenges, my practice is equally a sanctuary for adults seeking alternatives to traditional talk therapy. If you feel called to process-based or symbolic modalities, I offer a space to bypass the limitations of language and foster deep, nervous-system-level healing.

In addition to art therapy, I am a Level II Sandtray Therapist, using this powerful tool to access non-verbal parts of the mind for integration and growth. Whether working with individuals or collaborating with parents, my goal is to ensure the progress made in the studio translates into lasting connection in everyday life.
