But most importantly I know that people heal in different ways and are in different places in their personal journeys and want to work with you to help you heal and grow in the best and most impactful way for you and your loved ones. The thought of "going to therapy" can be daunting and it is my goal to make this work as impactful and safe as possible by utilizing whatever is most helpful for my clients; nature, walking, games, art, movement and yes talking.

MSW / APSW
As a clinician, I come with a background in addressing concerns like anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, and more. My intention is to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere where clients can navigate their individual paths, feeling truly heard and understood. I believe that the therapeutic alliance between client and therapist is one of the most powerful aspects of our collective efforts. Understanding that people seek therapy for diverse reasons, each struggle and experience being unique, I tailor my approach by drawing from a blend of therapeutic methods that best suit each individual. Examples of these include ACT, CBT, IFS, strengths-based approach, and more. I am committed to lifelong learning, having pursued education in cultural humility and competence. I have worked with a wide range of client populations, including individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds and LGBTQ+ communities. I offer in-person, telehealth, and walking sessions for clients who are able. Be it conquering challenges, finding ways to cope, embracing acceptance, or processing emotions, my goal is to walk beside my clients (sometimes literally) while fostering a safe and inclusive environment.
When I’m not working, I enjoy being outside, biking and camping. I love to travel when I am able to and I also enjoy playing board games and making art.
