I have been trained and certified as a Therapeutic Game Master, through Geek Therapeutics. I have been a certified Multidimensional Family Therapy (MDFT) therapist, supervisor, and trainer through MDFT International. I am also phase one certified in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT) through the Child Trauma Academy. I am level 1 trained in Gottman Method of couples therapy through the Gottman Institute and level 1 trained in Relational Life Therapy (RLT). I am a trauma informed care trainer in SaintA’s 7ie of trauma informed care.
But most importantly I know that people heal in different ways and are in different places in their personal journeys and want to work with you to help you heal and grow in the best and most impactful way for you and your loved ones. The thought of "going to therapy" can be daunting and it is my goal to make this work as impactful and safe as possible by utilizing whatever is most helpful for my clients; nature, walking, games, art, movement and yes talking.
