Alli Lane
(she/her/hers)

MSW / LCSW

As a clinician, I come with a background in addressing concerns like anxiety, depression, shame, life transitions, exploring conditioned masculinity, and more. My intention is to create a warm atmosphere where clients can navigate their individual paths, feeling truly heard and understood. I believe that the therapeutic alliance between client and therapist is the most powerful aspect of our collective efforts and I aim to always be collaborative and approachable. My hope is to help my clients make the unmanageable more manageable and the twists and turns to feel a bit smoother. Understanding that everyone is unique, I tailor my approach by using a blend of therapeutic modalities & creative options such as art or movement. Examples of modalities I use include Parts Work (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, ACT, and more. I am also trained in Brief Solution Oriented Trauma Resolution (BSOTR). I am committed to lifelong learning, having pursued education in cultural humility and competence. I have worked with a wide range of client populations, including individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds and LGBTQ+ communities. I offer in-person, telehealth, and walking sessions for clients who are able. Be it conquering challenges, finding ways to cope, embracing acceptance, or processing emotions, my goal is to walk beside my clients (sometimes literally) while fostering a safe and inclusive environment.

When I’m not working, I enjoy being outside, biking, hiking and camping. Indoors I like to be cozy, make art, listen to podcasts about music, and tend my plants!
