"Sprout & About" - Therapeutic Gardening Group

“Sprout & About” is a Therapeutic Gardening group run by a licensed clinician meeting every week all summer long.  The group will meet to learn and practice different nature based mindfulness practices and receive support and connect with each other through the love of gardening. This group will be held outside and will utilize raised garden beds. This is NOT a therapy group or group therapy.  Participants will be able to drop in and drop out as they are able all summer long for a one time cost of $50.
