"Sprout & About" - Therapeutic Gardening Group

“Sprout & About” is a Therapeutic Gardening group run by a licensed clinician meeting every week from May through September.  The group will meet to learn and practice different nature based mindfulness practices and receive support and connection from and with one another through the love of gardening and connection with nature. This group will be held outside at a location close by our offices in the Bay View neighborhood of Milwaukee. This is NOT a therapy group or group therapy.  Participants will be able to drop in and drop out as they are able. Group members will be billed $25 at the beginning of each month and may choose participate any number of months.
